Wizard Hat Pizza

The term pizza wizard is completely made up. We made it up. But we made it up because of the magicians at Wizard Hat Pizza, who turn dough, cheese, and sauce into something that transcends the ordinary slice. A pop-up now operating out of Chickadee Bread in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Wizard Hat makes naturally leavened pies that are crispy, chewy, and best dipped in a buttermilk ranch dressing that has the power to alter the brain chemistry of anti-ranch-on-pizza New Yorkers everywhere. In an ideal world, you'd have stomach space for all seven pies, but try the spicy pepperoni first, and get a caesar salad. Order ahead for delivery, or pick up your box and take it to Prospect Park, pausing only to eat a hot slice on the sidewalk.
