A pop-up now operating out of Chickadee Bread in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Wizard Hat makes naturally leavened pies that are crispy, chewy, and best dipped in a buttermilk ranch dressing that has the power to alter the brain chemistry of anti-ranch-on-pizza New Yorkers everywhere. In an ideal world, you'd have stomach space for all seven pies, but try the spicy pepperoni first, and get a caesar salad. Order ahead for delivery, or pick up your box and take it to Prospect Park, pausing only to eat a hot slice on the sidewalk.
