Sammataro

Sammataro's pizza is more on the well-done side, and reminiscent of the kind you’d find at places like Sam’s Restaurant and Lucali in Brooklyn. It’s definitely not a style you see too much in Austin. The trailer is parked at Arbor Food Park in East Austin, and there's also a brick and mortar location of Sammataro in downtown Austin.
