Perbacco

This Italian restaurant in the Financial District is one of the last in the city to do white tablecloth-style fine dining. None of what you order is to share and everything is pretty pricey. But it works because the food is incredible. You can’t find better mushroom risotto in this city, and if you wake up in the middle of the night you may find yourself wishing you’d saved some of the pasta for a midnight snack. The crowd skews heavily with people who wear formal attire to work, and it’s a good place to come with co-workers or clients.
