Pane Bianco

You no longer have to hire a cyber-hacking henchman to eat Pizzeria Bianco’s pizza. Now that the same team has opened Pane Bianco, a lunchtime-only sandwich and slice shop in the same Row DTLA complex, you can get their Oprah-approved New York-style slices without much of a wait. While we liked the mortadella sandwich we tried, pizza should be the priority. Pizzeria Bianco’s famous pistachio pie might not be on the short menu at Pane, but you can still get some other glorious options—our current favorite is the green slice topped solely with a delicious spinach cheese sauce that tastes like a dip we’d eat too much of on Super Bowl Sunday.
