Francois Frankie

This large French restaurant in the Loop is open all day, and the main attraction here is a revolving bar that’s modeled after the famous Carousel Bar in New Orleans’ French Quarter. (You have to watch closely to see the carousel turning, because it’s very slow, only revolving once an hour.) The long menu is a little all over the place, but focuses mainly on French seafood dishes, with pastas, sandwiches, and salads in the mix too. Come here for a cocktail in the bar area and snack on a crab cake if you get hungry.
