Boat Bar

A strong contender for the cutest restaurant in Seattle, with its big marble bar, gold accents, and seafoam green chevron tile floor. Mix and match French small plates, cheeses, and oysters for an overall great group night out or early-in-the-game date, plus steaks available from Bateau next door if you couldn't snag a reservation there. Just be sure to get the burger and frites no matter what.

There are a lot of oysters in Seattle, and Walrus And The Carpenter has some of the very best. Hit the Ballard spot for excellent seafood and drinks.

Bastille is a French spot in Ballard that’s romantic enough for a date, but also works for a solo meal at the bar or group dinner.
